We are a startup company with the “greenest” line of washing and cleaning products, outstripping all major competitors in terms of quality. Our products are certified for being: biodegradable, hypoallergenic, plant based, effective, non GMO etc. Some of the products are available in many reputable stores. Ten additional products are formulated and tested but not launched yet.
We are preparing to raise our first round of equity financing and are therefore looking to reinforce our management team. We would like to take a seasoned Sales Manager on board as a business partner.
If you are a Sales Manager with at least 4 years experience selling to grocery buyers from Major Retailers, then read on:
What you need to bring into the partnership:
- 4+ years experience selling to Buyers and/or Merchandising Managers at the headquarters of major Retailers.
- Existing contacts or ability to develop contacts at Major Retailers.
- Verifiable track record.
- Ability to travel.
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of marketing principles and practices.
- Must be a self starter with energy, drive and determination to accomplish goals.
What you`ll be doing:
- You`ll be responsible for developing relationships with Buyers and Merchandising Managers at the HQ of major Retailers.
- Sell our products.
- Develop marketing plans.
- Initiate and lead new product development, product positioning, consumer research analysis, and in-market testing.
